Low self esteem
For so many years of teaching, i have never faced such problems before.This year, i was made to teach the last 11 girls of the grade.At first, i was still quite confident that i am able to change them and make them pass,but after their class test last week,i completely lose confidence in them and most important,lost confidence with myself.
My best girl in the class scored 32/100 for the class test and the last one,8/100.The total class average was 19.6/100.
Can you imagine this? Is there a problem with me or with them?
If i were good at teaching,i am sure they wouldnt just grade at 32,it could be better.So, what can be improve?
I am still thinking...........

said... bie qi nei...it's not your fault..you have already mentioned, they are the last 11 of the level, and this is only their first test, your highest have scored at least a 2-digit. My P4 class is considered average, yet I have 4 scoring a single digit!!! Give ourselves and the kids more time and more practises, hopefully they will improve...Go go go!!! Add oil! Add oil!

At least you have 4 out of 40 that is weak.At least u can still pin hopes on the rest of the 36....
for my case, i cant find any 'pins' to pin my hope out of the 11 cos they r equally weak..i m so lost!!
